When you call Heil's Auction Service, you have made the first step in having a successful auction experience. You won't find any high-pressure tactics when you meet with our team. We will answer all of your questions honestly, because we treat people the way we would want to be treated. --Bottom line, we will not just tell you what you want to hear in an effort to have your auction.

Once you decide to have Heil's Auction Service conduct your auction, you will quickly find why we are regarded as the true professionals in the southern Indiana and Louisville area. After we sign the contract, we will soon inventory your auction and proceed with all advertising and promotion of the auction. We advertise your auction using proven and modern methods - like targeted Facebook boosted-posts that send customers right here to heilauction.com where we average over 21,000 page views monthly! Local and regional newspapers and publications are also an effective way for us to market your auction as well! By auction day, you will be confident that your items will sell for top-dollar because of our service. On that auction day, you will quickly notice our attention to every detail. We will set up your auction in a way that makes the auction progress quickly (because that's what it's all about!) and effectively - this will get you the best prices for your merchandise while keeping auction-goers happy with our honest, courteous, and easy-to-understand atmosphere.

Once the auction has been completed, we will balance the proceeds and tell you how much money you have grossed at your auction. Personal property proceeds are paid in ten days (adequate time for checks to clear the bank) and real estate is usually closed within 30 days of the auction.

You will not be surprised with any hidden fees or costs. Everything will be discussed before we sign the contract. We will be honest with you - it's our promise! If you need more reason to believe it, just ask the hundreds of satisfied customers: we have done business for over 25 years.
